Return Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days have passed since you received your purchase we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If you would like to initiate a return process please contact web@andersonsupply.com first and wait to be sent a return label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note that any deflective or damaged items received must be brought to our attention within the 30 days as per our return policy.
SHIPPING
You should receive an email with your tracking number upon the packing slip and shipping label being printed. If you check your tracking number and see no current scan this means we are still processing your order. Our online system automatically sends this shipment notification so please give at least 3 business days to see an update with your tracking number with the Postal Office.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Have you received a notification that your order has been delivered and it has not? Has the post office stopped scanning your package? Most often your package will still arrive to you. It is common for your postal worker to scan packages early without having delivered them yet. In this case, your package should likely arrive with in a couple of days. If you have stopped seeing scans, you may be an international customer, or if you are located in the US, you may be experiencing weather and COVID-19 delays. If you are international, you will need to use your tracking number received upon your shipment notification and track that within your own countries postal website or contact them directly.
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials in your country and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. We have, unfortunately, no control over customs fees or delays. The cost you pay for shipping when you checkout only covers the fees necessary to get your package delivered to your address. You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees charged by the customs officials in your country. We strongly encourage you to research the customs procedure in your country prior to placing your order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
